Looking for a speaker?

The most recent Newspoll survey (April 2007) indicates that at least eighty percent (80%) of Australians support the concept of Voluntary Euthanasia. It is a topic many people would like more information about and would like to be able to discuss freely. However, it is a topic many are reluctant to raise. According to studies done at the University of Queensland, it is not death, but rather the manner of dying that is of concern to most people.

The agenda is flexible but topics our speaker may cover could include:

  • Enduring Guardianship and Advance Health Directives (Living Wills).
  • Why there is a need for Voluntary Euthanasia;
  • Voluntary Euthanasia and the law;

We are sure your audience will appreciate the opportunity to discuss this important social issue openly, whether they agree with the principle of Voluntary Euthanasia or not. Audience questions are welcome welcome.
